I LOVED LOVED LOVVVVVEEDDDD the stir fry spicy tofu. It was literally the best. It had the right amount of spice, flavor, and consistency. Would definitely recommend. I’m not really sure how to rate tofu but I literally give the tofu a 10/10!!! That is my first 10/10 for this trip! And, of course since I’m particular, I’ll say what I would have like with it: steamed rice would have been an amazing add. But, then again, who doesn’t like steamed rice.

The steamed shrimp dumplings were just delightful and familiar. The consistency and the flavor popped off. I keep saying delightful but that is what it truly was, delightful!

The shredded beef and chili pepper stir fry (hand cut noodles) had the most amount of spice out of all the dishes. It was by no means overpowering or too much. In fact I think it was just enough, where the actual dish wasn’t just spicy, but flavorful. The spice was like salt, it emphasized and brought out the intended flavors. I wish I could eat this on the regular.

I surprisingly enjoyed the pan fried pecking duck buns much more than I thought I would. The inside of the bun, the pecking duck, was a little bit of everything: tangy, savory, and a tad sweet. The meat chunks were easy to eat and digest. It easy followed the bun when you took a bit out of the bun. But I thinning what I most enjoyed about the pecking duck bun was the actual bun part. I’m not exactly sure how to describe it but it was fried quite perfectly, and was, once again, absolutely delightful.

As for why I put the steamed bun with bok choy and Mushroom last was not because it was bad, it was just honestly my least favorite. I mean bok choy versus shrimp, coke on now..

For this restaurant, it is very small inside, so prepare to sit pretty close to strangers at the restaurant. It was fine though, because as soon as we sat down, it’s hardly noticeable.
We waited about 30 minutes before we sat down. However, I would say that it is TOTALLY worth it.

OVERALL SCORE:
10/10

Our partially eaten food. The camera most definitely did not eat first LOLL
